Shipping Policy

Where are we going to ship it  
We are happy to offer global delivery (excluding taxes, tariffs and international processing).  
When will my order be delivered?  
All orders placed before 2pm Monday through Friday will be shipped within 24 hours.  All orders placed after the deadline will be placed the following business day.  To protect the interests of consumers, all orders are reviewed.  Sometimes, this can cause slight delays in processing orders.  Thank you for your patience.  
Domestic Transport Policy  
Please allow 3-5 working days to process and ship your order.  Standard shipping will be via postal express, or DHL, depending on your location.  
International Transport Policy  
Please allow 5-7 working days, which is determined according to the regulations of your country.  Thank you for your understanding and support.  
Order tracking  
Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email about the order, which allows you to check the information and status of the order.  
Tariffs, duties and taxes  
All applicable tariffs and import duties, charges and taxes shall be the responsibility of the customer.  We ship DDU and DDP packages.  DDU will charge an import fee when the package is received.  
The customs authorities require us to mark the value of your order directly on the packing.  Customs agents have the right to release or refuse to release your package and in rare cases they may delay shipment.  If you have any questions about customs and tariffs, please contact your local customs immediately, it is not up to us to decide.
